O problemă cu sume şi alte operaţii |

Avem două numere naturale a şi b, diferite de zero, a>b. Cu ele efectuăm cele patru operaţii: a+b, a-b, a*b, a/b. Rezultatele le adunăm şi obţinem 200.
Ce perechi de numere a şi b îndeplinesc condiţiile date? |

Se obţine ecuaţia: a+b+a-b+a*b+a/b=200.
Rezultă: 2*a+a*b+a/b=200. Se poate înmulţi toată ecuaţia cu b (b este nenul) şi se obţine: 2*a*b+a*b^2+a=200*b.
Adică: a*(b^2+2*b+1)=200*b.
Rezultă: a*(b+1)^2=2*b*(2^2)*(5^2).
Dacă (b+1)^2=2^2, atunci: b=1 şi a=50.
Dacă (b+1)^2=5^2, atunci: b=4 şi a=32.
Dacă (b+1)^2=10^2, atunci: b=9 şi a=18.
