de foarte mult ori se intampla ca obezii sa aiba probleme de dereglari in interiorul organismul, si atuncea chiar daca mananca la fel ca noi, ei capata proportii .... e drept ca pot sa reduca dimensiunile .... dar incercati voi sa mancati fara sare... gatiti fara pic de sare :D
