Dar daca boul (ca nu degeaba e b.o.u) nu vede hartia decat in trafic, taman atunci cand ar trebui sa se asigure? Va mai fi direct raspunzator pentru un eventual accident?

Din cate tin minte la scoala de soferi am fost invatat ca atunci cand ma urc in masina sa imi aranjez Scaunul , pe urma Oglinzile si pe urma sa imi pun centura . Iar in cazul in care ma urc in masina personala sa verific oglinzile autovehicului si sa ma asigur ca am o vizibilitate cat mai buna .
Ce sustii tu este ca si atunci cand pleci iarna cu geamurile inghetate si dai vina pe natura ca ea este de vina ca tu nu ai vazut ce ai in fata .

Nu, ceea ce susțin e că boul s-ar putea să fie b.o.u până la capăt și, așa cum nu știe să parcheze, să nu știe nici regulile elementare pe care le-ai enumerat, caz în care s-ar putea să-l aibă pe conștiință tot cel care a încercat să-l trezească. ;)
