Definite de dictionar:
CRIMA ORGANIZATA = ansamblu de infractiuni diferite, care, din cauza contextului în care sunt comise, sunt percepute ca fiind organizate.
Aici sunt mai multe infractiuni.
Voi faceti o confuzie: CRIMA este altceva decat OMUCIDEREA, are un cadru mai larg si cuprinde diverse infractiuni, care nu trebuie sa contina moartea unei persoane.
Din punct de vedere legal, violul, omuciderea, jaful, traficul de stupefiante si altele sunt toate CRIME, ca si complicitatea la oricare dintre acestea, care tot CRIMA inseamna. :-)

toate crimele care se petrec in grupuri se numesc crime organizate, ele pot fi jafuri, spargeri, rapiri... crima organizata este acea crima care este infaptuitia in grup organizat de aceea i se spune asa... cat despre dictionar, el ofera raspunsuri reduse ca lumea sa poata intelege
