Daca va e foarte cald in bloc - nu ma obligati
pe mine sa va suport boala.
Duceti-va la Polul Nord!! Cale batuta, lasati
geamul asta inchis (sau deschis 10 minute-legea
bunului simt) ori altfel vor fi deschise toate
din bloc! (eventual cu pietre!)

poate e un calorifer pe casa scarii .. risipa de caldura .. intretinere mai mare .. poate e sensibil la curentul ... poate ...indiferent care ar fi motivul .. poza a ajuns aici pentru abordarea pe care a etalato in rezolvarea problemei ce-l apasa :))
